Me... This should be easier than it is. When I'm just blogging it's easy, but this whole "About Me" page is tough for some reason. :D Here goes nothing:
The first and foremost thing you should know about me is that I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (more commonly known as "Mormons"). The Gospel, God, and my older brother and Saviour Jesus Christ are the absolute most important things in my life--nothing comes before that. I try to live my life in an appropriate way that befits the daughter of a Heavenly King but if I mess up don't take it as a reflection of my church--nobody's perfect (but I'm trying :D) I respect that everyone has a right to their own religious beliefs, I just ask that you show me the same respect.
The second most important thing in my life is my family. Yeah--my big, crazy, loud, wonderful family. I have two fantastic (if slightly--okay, sometimes really--strange) parents and six rowdy younger siblings. Yep, I love 'em all.
My favorite things to do are photography, reading, writing, hanging out with my friends and rocking out to my favorite music (especially Josh Groban. Nothing beats rockin' out to popera). Oh, and eating. I love, love, LOVE eating. Food is my best friend. :D
I have been told that my sense of style is "all my own". Whether that was said admiringly or as a diplomatic way to tell me "you have no style" I'll never really know, but I'm content to think it's the latter. I love jeans, sweats, leggings, dresses, t-shirts, big button up comfy shirts, sneakers, heels, long necklaces and earrings.
I've lived in four states, most of them being down South. Because of this there will always be a special place in my heart for country music, fried food, red meat, and John Deere.
I love movies and tv. I don't watch anything R-rated (or even a lot of PG-13s because Hollywood seems intent on mass-producing smut these days) but if it's good and clean and exciting I love it. My two favorite TV networks are USA and Syfy (originally Sci-fi, they stupidly changed it). My favorite actor (besides David Tennant, that's just a given) is probably Jimmy Stewart (I love me some Mr. Smith Goes to Washington).
My favorite color is blue, my favorite number is 42, and my favorite flower is the sunflower. I prefer silver over gold and pearls over diamonds. My favorite times of day are sunrise and midnight (if I'm awake). I love rain but not thunder/lightning. I love lighthouses, bridges, small towns and full moons.
I'm crazy, funny, loud, shy, silly and incredibly blessed.
